APA Management Services developed the majority of its expertise with a range of systems built for blue chip private clients and government departments. The Estate Management System (EMS) was developed after a review of estate management practices and commercially available systems. EMS was developed to complement an evolving business process, which was not accommodated by the existing "commercial off the shelf" products which wre tried and tested, but eventually proved to satisfy requrements.

EMS was devised and designed for an estate of over 40,000 structures, accessible by 0ver 2,000 users, where the emphasis is on leased areas within a structure rather than the structure itself. EMS has been designed to be flexible, and easily modified to meet changing business requirements. It has been operational for over five years and has more than satisfied the clients' requirements throughout that time.

Internet based access allows users in all locations to review progress of management of asset functionality. The EMS comprises the core asset base with the following modules:
